Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Veylor Industries Inc. collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information when you use this website or contact us. It is written to be operationally clear, not ornamental.

Scope▾
Who this applies to. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through veilorindustries.com and related communications (email, phone, forms, scheduling links) when you inquire about, engage, or interact with Veylor Industries Inc. (“Veylor,” “we,” “us”).
Jurisdictions. Veylor operates in Canada and the United States. We design our privacy program to align with Canadian privacy law (including PIPEDA) and, where applicable, U.S. state privacy laws. If a signed project agreement or separate privacy addendum applies, that agreement governs for that project.
Information We Collect▾
Information you provide. Name, email, phone number, company (if applicable), project address/location, project details, budget and timeline signals, documents/photos you share, and any other information you choose to provide.
Information we collect automatically. Standard web telemetry such as IP address, device/browser type, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, and general site interaction data (e.g., referral source).
Project and contracting records. If you become a client, we maintain project documentation, change orders, communications, invoicing/payment records, and compliance/safety documentation as required to deliver and administer the work.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories (e.g., health, biometrics) through the website, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us to remove it.
How We Use Information▾
Primary operational purposes. We use personal information to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations/site visits, prepare estimates and proposals, coordinate trades and suppliers, manage projects, administer contracts, and communicate regarding the work.
Administrative purposes. To maintain records, prevent fraud/abuse, protect site integrity, and comply with legal/insurance/accounting obligations.
Marketing. We do not run “data broker” style marketing. If we send updates, they are limited and you can opt out at any time. For commercial electronic messages to Canadian recipients, we follow CASL requirements (consent and unsubscribe).
Legal bases (high level). In Canada, collection/use is generally based on consent (express or implied) and purposes a reasonable person would consider appropriate. In the U.S., applicable state laws may recognize additional concepts (e.g., legitimate business purposes).
Cross‑Border Transfers▾
Where data is stored. Our systems may store or process information in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions depending on vendors used.
What that means. When information is processed outside your province/state/country, it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction and accessible to authorities under lawful process.
Safeguards. We use contractual and organizational measures to protect information when engaging service providers, including confidentiality obligations and access controls where appropriate.
Retention▾
Inquiry data. Retained for as long as needed to respond, follow up, and maintain reasonable business records, then deleted or anonymized where practical.
Client/project records. If you become a client, records are retained to administer the project and meet legal, tax, insurance, and warranty obligations. Retention periods may be longer where a claim, dispute, or statutory requirement applies.
Backups. Information may persist in backups for a limited period until overwritten in normal cycles.
Security▾
Controls. We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards suitable to the sensitivity of information, including access controls, least‑privilege practices, and secure vendor tooling.
No system is perfect. While we work to protect information, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If we become aware of a material breach, we will take steps consistent with applicable notification requirements.
Your Rights & Choices▾
Canada. You may request access to and correction of your personal information. Depending on context, you may withdraw consent (subject to legal/contract limits).
Quebec. If Quebec privacy law applies (e.g., Law 25), additional rights may exist in certain circumstances, including rights related to portability and automated decision‑making disclosures (where applicable).
United States. Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, and opt out of certain processing (e.g., targeted advertising). We do not sell data or use sensitive data for profiling; if a state law request applies, we will respond within required timelines.
How to make a request. Email us with your name, the nature of the request, and enough detail to verify identity. We may require reasonable verification before releasing or deleting information.
